Hotel Pacific Tokyo

残念ながら、このホテルは閉鎖してしまいました。
本当にいいホテルだったのですが.....

そしてついに跡地の再利用が決まりました。
なんと京急直営のビジネスホテル「京急EXイン 品川駅前」が開業。
オープン日は4月29日を予定しています。
ホテルは3階（フロント）・6～27階ですが、
他のフロアにテナントが入るようです。

宿泊費は以前よりかなり下がって
部屋タイプは、シングル（1万2,000円）
ダブル（1人＝1万3,000円、2人＝1万5,000円）
ツイン（1人＝1万4,000円、2人＝1万7,0000円）
シングルの広さは21～25平方メートルで、
京急EXイン既存店の約2倍だそう。
また総客室数は935室と
かなり大型のホテルですね。

また開業記念として4月29日～5月31日の宿泊分に限り、
シングル1泊＝7,800円～
ツイン1泊＝1万1,000円～
で泊まれるキャンペーンを行っています。

閉鎖するちょっと前に改装したばかりでしたし、
建物も使えるので壊さない計画になって
個人的にはほっとしています。

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that on
Wednesday 30th September 2010,
Hotel Pacific Tokyo will close its doors for the last time.

Hotel Pacific Tokyo has been welcoming guests for 39 years,
since 27th July 1971.
The hotel joined the Meridien Group in 1979
before becoming part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts
between 2006 and 2008.
Unfortunately, and due to a number of reasons,
which include the age of the building,
the decision has been taken to close the Hotel Pacific Tokyo.
