旧パレスホテルはこの世にありませんが
新生パレスホテルが本日オープンします。
The Leading Hotels of the Worldにも復帰しますし
ロゴも王冠印（ちょっと京王百貨店風味）で
勝負に出た感じです。

レートも非常に強気でオープン初日から
朝食付きで7万円コース。
最近東京にオープンするホテルは
安値のソフトオープンをせずに
いきなり強気に出ますが
あまりよろしくないように思います。
最初はどこのホテルもオペレートが
後手後手にまわって不快なことも多いですし。
個人的にはオープン当初から
強気なレートをとるのはどうかと。
このホテルがオープンして割を食うのは
近場の丸の内ホテル（ここも値段が強気）や
客層がかぶっているキャピトル東急ホテル
あたりかな？と個人的に思いました。

January 31, 2009 for reconstruction and renovation. In 2012,
it will be re-opened as an entirely new,
